It is important to get all the vitamins and nutrients that you can, which is why you should never do a diet that forces you to eat or drink only one consumable. Most definitely not a healthy choice.

The portions in the diet food section are actually bigger than they were years ago. The portion may be bigger, but you might not notice at first; most of us are used to large portions when we eat regular meals. At the dinner table, we typically see up to three portions, and this is normal. There are lots of ways to figure out what your healthiest portion sizes should be but the most reliable can be found with the American Medical Association. Follow their guidelines for portion control. After you follow their recommendations, you will feel like a glutton when you realize how much you have been eating.
