We have exclusive & preferred venues like villa woodbine estate, the Fillmore Miami beach, the Moore building etc. we also have locations available in Miami-Dade County and Broward and Palm Beach County.

We have a large variety of menu to choose from for your wedding reception catering or your corporate event catering. We have seated and serve menu, buffet menu, cocktail reception menu, deluxe food station and wine list. Our experienced and highly qualified staff will help you choose the menu you want according to your needs and desire.
Bill Hansen, since 1980, has catered at over 5000 south Florida locations. Currently we are exclusive caterers as five south Florida venues, preferred caterers at six other venues and have catered at over 100 other public venues. We often create special events and wedding reception catering at such fabulous tropical locations such as villa woodbine.

The average length of service of our 12 team members is over 5 years, which insures you consistently high quality foods. Three of our culinary team members have worked with us since the 1980’s. our catering staff does not accept tips during the event. We feel that this is inappropriate at all events other than those where we are selling food and beverages directly to patrons. Two of our executive chefs have appeared on Today South Florida and A taste of Belkys and have been featured in South Florida Sun Sentinel and The Miami Herald. Internally we spend hours planning your party, wedding reception catering and corporate event catering to insure perfect execution. We do not operate from seat of our pants. We treat your function like it is our own. We understand that there is no second chance at a first impression. Our weddings have been featured in Town and Country Wedding and The Know website.

Unlike our competition, at Bill Hansen Catering we train our own service staff members and do not rely on outside staffing agencies, which brings you consistently excellent service with a smile. Many of our professional staff members are students and graduates of FIU’s famed school of hospitality management, where our owner has taught for 19 years.
