Or absent minded because your parents or grandparents are going to be cared by them and it will be good only if they treat them as their own parents or grandparents. One main aspect of your observations should be towards the residents who are residing there whether they are looking happy or not. If they are seen sitting just in their rooms then it is truly a bad sign. But if you see many people interacting with each other than it is a good sign which shows that the atmosphere being provided to them is good.
